My Table of 27 a la carte on Saturday Night Christmas Party

As long as you have someone running your food upstairs to the room and someone tending bar while you run laps around the table serving the food it's all good. The only suggestion to make is give yourself time to clear between the appetizer and entree. Also make sure you understand what you wrote down and who is your number 1 and number 27. This way if I have a halibut and chicken I know seat 27 has the halibut and seat 23 has the chicken you can serve the food counting down from 27 five seats. Or if you have 3 fish to deliver you can count down to seat 7,8, and 9. Instead of starting at one and running round the whole table to get to seat 19.
