Some Descriptors to Help Us Learn What to Look For in Wine
These are really good. A couple of posts ago I put in a wheel of aromas for different wines. This is more descriptors to use when describing a wine. Put the two together and practice the next time you nose a wine.
When I took the Sommelier course I actually bought a bunch of stuff and sniffed them to help me remember what to look for. Vegetables, fruits the whole bit. Even cooked some peppers etc on the stove to release their full aromas.
Check the site out above. Really good.
