A: Poitin (Potcheen) is the pot-still drink you are referring to. I've had legal Potcheen here in the states (Bunratty); as well as some interesting stuff made near Toomyvara over in Ireland.

2. What is the American term for raw fiery whiskey , also called rotgut?
A: Bourbon, especially a first-distilled bourbon

3. What is a Whiskey Mick?
A: No clue. I hang my head in shame...

4. What is the native American name for whiskey?
A: Hmmm. The term I've often heard is "Fire Water"

5. What is Boise and it's purpose? It is pronounced in French and is not Boise Idaho!
A: Congratulations! You've stumped me twice in one quiz!

Good one, Steve!
